Since Trey has spent his 26+ year career in the service business, he understands that people are the backbone of a company, and they drive your success. Trey’s goal is to ensure that all partner companies’ legacies and cultures that have led to their success are preserved.
Because of Trey’s 12 years of senior executive leadership experience with a Fortune 500 facility services company and his extensive experience in growing companies by the development of a support services model he knows how to improve efficiency without disrupting service delivery. He has developed a top-level team to provide financial, technological, marketing, training, procurement and recruiting services for commercial landscape partners.Trey’s collaborative leadership style and his team’s service-first approach are key components of LMC Landscape Partner’s success.

Brad Cox
Senior Vice President
LMC Landscape Partners
Brad Cox serves as the Senior Vice President of LMC Landscape Partners, in addition to his role as the CEO of Lawn Management Company (LMC)/Embark Services, an LMC Landscape Partners company. He partners with commercial landscape company acquisition founders and owners to ensure smooth transitions.
For almost two decades, Brad has led LMC/Embark Services by pursuing excellence and hiring commercial landscaping professionals who are rooted in the company’s values. The company serves more than 1,100 businesses and organizations from its six Greater Houston, Texas area locations. Prior to becoming CEO, Brad served as President for six years, after being promoted from the General Manager position that he held for almost nine years.
During his tenure, LMC has received numerous awards and honors, including the 2021 Gold Award for “MD Anderson Stormwater Mitigation Project,” two 2019 Silver Awards and two 2020 Bronze Awards given by the National Association of Landscape Professionals Awards of Excellence. And most recently, the 2022 Gold Award for “Rice Village Arcade”. -
Stephanie Suggs

In her role as Chief Financial Officer of LMC Landscape Partners, Stephanie Suggs plays a crucial part in strengthening the financial foundation of our family of brands. With over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, Stephanie is dedicated to driving the processes and consistency that support our growth. She works closely with our leadership teams to ensure that our financial strategies not only meet our ambitious goals but also enhance the operational efficiency of our partner companies.
Stephanie’s extensive background, which includes senior financial leadership roles at NBG-Home, Wilbur-Ellis’ Agribusiness division, and HD Supply’s White Cap business, provides her with the expertise to guide our financial department through complex initiatives, from business intelligence to treasury alignment. Her approach ensures that our partners benefit from a seamless integration of financial practices, allowing them to continue thriving without disruption.
Stephanie’s leadership is marked by her commitment to maintaining the financial health of our organization while driving forward key strategies that support our long-term success. Her ability to balance rigorous financial oversight with a collaborative approach makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Stephanie’s passion for excellence extends beyond her professional life. She enjoys working out, traveling, attending concerts, and supporting UCF football. At home, she values spending time with her husband of 22 years, Rob, and their two rescued pets, Tacko the cat and Bowser the dog.

Randy Ferrari
Regional Vice President, Southwest

Randy Ferrari is a highly experienced professional with over 40 years of expertise in the landscape industry. He assumed the role of Regional Vice President Southwest at LMC Landscape Partners in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and dedication. Prior to this position, he served as the President/COO of LMC Houston. Randy has already made a significant impact on the team and continues to drive positive change.
Randy has held several leadership roles throughout his career, including as the Owner of RKF Consulting-Landscape Operations, General Managing Partner of The Landscape Partners LTD, Region Manager of TruGreen Landcare, and VP/Ops of Minor’s Landscape Svcs. Inc.
Randy holds several certifications, including Industry and Texas CLP and TDA. He has also been recognized for his outstanding performance in the industry, winning numerous awards and honors such as the ALCA/PLANET/NALP Environmental Improvement Awards for Company Field Performance, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Business Award, INC 500 Award, and Dallas Top 100 Business.
Randy graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with a Bachelor’s degree in 1980. He is a highly respected leader in the landscape industry, with extensive experience and knowledge that make him a valuable asset to the LMC LP team.

Scott Steward
Regional Vice President
LMC Landscape Partners
Scott Steward is a seasoned executive with over 31 years of experience in the facility service industry. He currently serves as the Regional Vice President at LMC Landscape Partners, a position he has held since joining the company in 2022. Prior to his role with LMC LP, Scott spent 27 years at ABM Industries Inc., where he held various leadership positions including Vice President Operations Southeast, and also worked in sales, field operations, and management.
Throughout his tenure at ABM, Scott received numerous awards and recognition for his outstanding contributions to the company. He has a strong background in facility services, including landscape maintenance, custodial service, and engineering maintenance services.
Scott received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Memphis State University in 1986. He is a highly respected executive in the industry, known for his leadership skills, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. With his extensive experience and expertise, Scott is a valuable asset to LMC LP’s family of brands.

William Quigley
Regional Vice President

William Quigley was the founder and CEO of Cutters Edge Total Landscape Solutions and has joined LMC Landscape Partners as the Regional Vice President of Florida. With over 20 years of industry expertise, he leads a team of professionals and delivers exceptional results to clients, utilizing his strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
William previously enjoyed a successful 20-year career at Frito-Lay and worked in many roles, from Zone Business Manager to Zone Sales Leader. William also had a successful Landscape Radio show on IHeart Radio called the Cutters Edge Landscape Show and it still can be heard via Podcast.
William is a proud husband, father, and grandfather. He is also a very passionate philanthropist, and his goal is to end homelessness through his ongoing commitment to donating time and raising funds for the organization Caringplace.org

Shauntel Deshautelles

Shauntel Deshautelles is an accomplished human resources executive with 18 years of experience in the field. As the Chief People Officer for LMC Landscape Partners, she leads the company’s people strategy and initiatives, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Shauntel joined LMC LP in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience to her role. Prior to joining the team, she served as the Chief HR Officer for MISA Imports and the SVP HR / Chief HR Officer for Accent Food Services. She has also held leadership roles in recruiting and talent management at Community Coffee, Worley Parsons, and CB&I.
Shauntel holds a current license as a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), and she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2004.
With a strong track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams, Shauntel is passionate about driving organizational success through talent strategy and development. She is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and continuous improvement and is dedicated to empowering employees to reach their full potential. -
Jeff Kettler

Jeff Kettler is the Vice President of Sales for LMC Landscape Partners, bringing over 23 years of experience in business development and sales management to the team. His proven track record of success combined with his dedication to customer satisfaction, has helped him to achieve remarkable results throughout his career. Prior to joining LMC Landscape Partners in 2023 he held the role of Director of Sales for LMC Houston.
Jeff spent 18 years at TruGreen, where he held various sales and business development roles, including Commercial Business Development, Region Commercial Business Development, and Region Commercial Sales Manager. He continues to use his expertise and passion to drive growth and success for LMC LP’s family of brands.
Jeff holds a variety of licenses and certifications, including the ISA Certified Arborist TX-4499A, Texas Oak Wilt Certification, TDA License – 0787281, IPM Certification, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. He has also received numerous honors and awards for his outstanding performance in sales, including Top B2B Business Development for a National Lawn Care Company, Multiple Year President Club Winner, and Top Region Sales Performance.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston in 1997. He is passionate about using his experience and expertise to drive growth and success for LMC Landscape Partners and the landscape industry as a whole.

Lindsay Malke

Lindsay Malke serves as Vice President of Marketing for LMC Landscape Partners. With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, proposal management, communications, and relationship management, Lindsay is an accomplished marketing professional who is passionate about driving growth and success for LMC LP’s family of brands.
Lindsay began her career in marketing after earning her Bachelor of Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama in 2005. She has spent the last 15 years building her career in marketing, with 10 years as a Marketing Manager at LBYD Civil and Structural Engineers and 3 years as a Director of Marketing at Landscape Workshop.
In 2023, Lindsay joined LMC Landscape Partnership as Vice President of Marketing, where she has quickly become an invaluable member of the team. Lindsay’s extensive experience in the landscape industry, including her previous role at Landscape Workshop and her time at Andy’s Creekside Nursery, has given her unique insights into developing successful marketing strategies for companies in the green industry.
Lindsay is always pursuing new challenges and opportunities to utilize her experience, creativity, and interpersonal skills to make a positive impact.

Carmen Cleghorn is a skilled professional with 10 years of experience in procurement management. Carmen joined LMC Landscape Partners in 2022 and has already established herself as a significant member of the team.
Carmen has held various procurement roles throughout her career, including Procurement Agent I at RESIA Construction, National Strategic Procurement Manager at Balfour Beatty, Purchasing Agent at TD Industries, and Category Coordinator at Cinemark USA.
Carmen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of North Texas in 2016. She has honed her procurement skills and knowledge throughout her career, making her a valuable asset to the LMC LP team.

Sandra Chustz

Sandra Chustz is a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Specialist with over 17 years of experience in the Human Resources and recruitment industry. She recently joined LMC Landscape Partners in September 2022 and has quickly become an invaluable member of the team.
Sandra is known for her ability to attract high-quality talent and has held various positions throughout her career that have allowed her to hone her recruiting skills. Prior to joining LMC Landscape Partners, Sandra worked as a Recruiting Consultant for Employers Advantage, LLC and as an HR Consultant for Prograde Solutions (self-employed). She also served as a Sr. Recruiter for Community Coffee and an HR Manager for Hannis T. Bourgeois, CPA.
Sandra holds a SPHR license and is highly respected in the industry for her expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition. She received her Bachelor’s degree in English literature from LSU in 2004, graduating summa cum laude. Sandra is a talented and dedicated professional with a proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent. Her skills and expertise make her an asset to LMC LP’s family of brands, her contributions to the success of our organization are invaluable.

Mike Lowrance
Director, Information Technology

Mike Lowrance is an experienced professional with over 4.5 years of experience in the IT industry and over 32 years of experience in the landscape and horticulture industry. Mike currently serves as the IT Director for LMC Landscape Partners, a position he has held since 2022. Prior to joining LMC LP’s executive leadership team, he served as LMC Houston’s IT Manager since 2014.
Prior to his IT roles with LMC LP, Mike held various positions in the landscape and horticulture industry, including Landscape Consultant, Irrigation Manager, and Branch Manager for LMC Houston. He also worked as an Account Manager, Enhancement Manager, and Branch Manager for TruGreen Landcare and as a Division Manager for Maldonado Nursery & Landscaping. For a period, he successfully ran his own business, Derlyn Landscape and Design.
Mike holds multiple licenses, including a Texas Licensed Irrigator (LI0008732) and a Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Pesticide Commercial/Noncommercial Applicator License (0578511). In recognition of his expertise in the IT and horticulture industries, he was invited to be an Expert Panelist at the 2021 Aspire Conference. Mike’s dedication and hard work were recognized during LMC LP’s annual Leadership Summit where he received the 2022 LMC Landscape Partners – Everyday Hero award.
Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from Texas A&M University in 1999, where he was a 4-year Letterman in Track & Field and the 1998 Big XII Conference Champion – Indoor Shot Put. He is married with three children and one grandchild.
Mike is a talented IT Director and a respected industry expert with a wealth of experience and knowledge in both the IT and landscape industries. His skills and expertise make him a valuable asset to LMC LP, and his contributions are essential to the company’s success.
