Trey Brock

Trey Brock serves as Chief Executive Officer of LMC Landscape Partners, where he leads the strategic vision and growth of the platform and its family of commercial landscaping companies across the Southeast and Texas.
Since launching the platform in partnership with Trivest Partners in 2021, Trey has guided LMC through significant expansion, bringing together leading regional companies to build a scalable, high-performing organization focused on operational excellence and exceptional client service. Under his leadership, LMC continues to grow through strategic acquisitions, strong local leadership, and a shared commitment to quality and safety.
Trey brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the commercial landscape industry. Prior to forming LMC Landscape Partners, he served as President and CEO of Lawn Management Company in Houston, where he helped establish one of the region’s most respected commercial landscape organizations.
His leadership philosophy centers on empowering local operators, building strong teams, and creating a platform that allows great companies to grow while preserving the culture and relationships that made them successful.

Brad Cox
Chief Operating Officer
LMC Landscape Partners
Brad Cox serves as Chief Operating Officer of LMC Landscape Partners, where he leads company-wide operations and works closely with leaders across the platform to drive operational consistency, efficiency, and scalable growth across our family of brands.
Since the platform was established in 2021, Brad has been a key driver of operational excellence, helping align teams, processes, and systems as the organization has expanded. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he has played an important role in shaping and executing the strategic vision guiding LMC’s continued growth.
Brad also serves as CEO of Lawn Management Company and Embark Services, two Houston-based operating companies within the LMC platform that serve more than 1,100 commercial clients across the Greater Houston area.
With nearly two decades of leadership experience in the commercial landscape industry, Brad has built a reputation for developing strong teams and delivering consistent service at scale. Under his leadership, the organization has earned multiple National Association of Landscape Professionals Awards of Excellence, including Gold recognition for the MD Anderson Stormwater Mitigation Project and Rice Village Arcade.

Stephanie Suggs
Chief Financial Officer / Chief Administrative Officer
LMC Landscape Partners
Stephanie Suggs serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of LMC Landscape Partners. In this role, she oversees the company’s financial strategy while helping align the shared services that support the platform, including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance, M&A, and Integration.
Since joining LMC, Stephanie has played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure and helping guide the organization through a period of rapid growth. She has been instrumental in advancing operational and technical alignment across the platform, supporting the integration of systems, financial reporting, and processes that allow our operating companies to scale efficiently while maintaining strong financial discipline.
Stephanie brings more than 25 years of accounting and finance leadership experience, including senior roles at NBG-Home, Wilbur-Ellis’ Agribusiness division, and HD Supply’s White Cap business.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys working out, traveling, attending concerts, and cheering on UCF football. She lives with her husband, Rob, and their two rescued pets, Tacko the cat and Bowser the dog.

Jeff Kettler
Vice President, Sales
LMC Landscape Partners
Jeff Kettler serves as Vice President of Sales for LMC Landscape Partners, where he leads the company’s sales strategy and business development efforts across the platform.
Under Jeff’s leadership, the sales organization has delivered consistent year-over-year growth, expanding client relationships and strengthening pipeline development across LMC’s operating companies. He works closely with regional leaders and business development teams to drive disciplined prospecting, strong client engagement, and long-term partnerships that support continued expansion.
Jeff brings more than 23 years of experience in commercial sales and business development. Prior to joining LMC Landscape Partners in 2023, he served as Director of Sales for LMC Houston and spent 18 years with TruGreen, where he held several commercial sales leadership roles including Regional Commercial Sales Manager and Regional Commercial Business Development.
Jeff holds multiple industry certifications, including ISA Certified Arborist, Texas Oak Wilt Certification, Texas Department of Agriculture License, Integrated Pest Management Certification, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston.

Lindsay Malke
Vice President, Marketing

Lindsay Malke serves as Vice President of Marketing for LMC Landscape Partners, where she leads the platform’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth initiatives across its family of operating companies.
Since joining LMC, Lindsay has played a key role in strengthening the company’s marketing foundation, supporting business development, pipeline development, brand alignment, and market expansion across multiple regions. She works closely with leadership and operating teams to elevate the visibility of the platform, support sales growth, and ensure consistent messaging across LMC’s brands.
Lindsay brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and proposal strategy across professional services and the commercial landscape industry. Prior to joining LMC Landscape Partners, she held marketing leadership roles at Landscape Workshop and LBYD Civil and Structural Engineers.
She earned her Bachelor of Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama.

Shauntel Deshautelles
Chief People Officer

Shauntel Deshautelles serves as Chief People Officer for LMC Landscape Partners, where she leads the company’s people strategy across the platform, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams that support the organization’s continued growth.
Since joining LMC in 2022, Shauntel has helped strengthen the company’s talent infrastructure, partnering with leadership across the platform to advance recruiting, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives. Her work supports the culture, organizational alignment, and workforce strategies that allow LMC’s operating companies to scale successfully.
Shauntel brings nearly two decades of human resources leadership experience, including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at MISA Imports and Accent Food Services. She has also held leadership roles in recruiting and talent management at Community Coffee, Worley Parsons, and CB&I.
She holds a Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Sandra Chustz serves as Director of Talent Acquisition & Development for LMC Landscape Partners, where she leads the company’s strategy for attracting, developing, and retaining talent across our family of brands.
Since joining LMC in 2022, Sandra has helped strengthen the organization’s recruiting foundation while partnering closely with leaders across the platform to build high-performing teams that support continued growth. In her expanded role, she focuses on advancing leadership training and development initiatives, supporting compensation market strategy, and creating engagement programs that strengthen retention and company culture.
Sandra brings more than 17 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to joining LMC Landscape Partners, she held recruiting and HR leadership roles with Employers Advantage, Prograde Solutions, Community Coffee, and Hannis T. Bourgeois, CPA.
She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Louisiana State University, graduating summa cum laude.

Kevin Bardsley
Regional Vice President, Operations

Kevin Bardsley serves as Regional Vice President of Operations for LMC Landscape Partners, where he works closely with leadership across the platform to support operational excellence, efficiency, and continued growth across LMC’s operating companies, with a focus on Alabama and Florida.
Kevin was promoted to this platform role after more than a decade of leadership with Woodlake Outdoor, an LMC Landscape Partners company. During his 12 years with Woodlake, he played a key role in strengthening operations, developing teams, and supporting the company’s continued expansion.
With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial landscape industry, Kevin brings deep operational expertise and a strong focus on team development and service delivery. Prior to joining Woodlake Outdoor, he spent several years with Brickman, where he built a strong foundation in commercial landscape operations.
In his current role, Kevin partners closely with regional leaders and operations teams to strengthen processes, support team development, and ensure consistent execution and scalable operational standards across the platform as LMC continues to grow.

Carmen Cleghorn
Director, Strategic Financial Operations

Carmen Cleghorn serves as Director of Strategic Financial Operations for LMC Landscape Partners, where she helps strengthen financial discipline, operational insight, and scalability across the platform.
Since joining LMC in 2022, Carmen has played an important role in improving financial processes and supporting data-driven decision-making as the organization continues to grow. In her current role, she works closely with leadership to enhance financial visibility, strengthen operational reporting, and support the systems and processes that allow the platform to scale efficiently.
Carmen brings more than a decade of experience in procurement and financial operations, with previous roles at RESIA Construction, Balfour Beatty, TD Industries, and Cinemark USA.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of North Texas and is known for her disciplined approach to financial operations and her ability to translate complex data into practical insights that support long-term growth.

Mike Lowrance
Director, Information Technology

Mike Lowrance serves as Director of Information Technology for LMC Landscape Partners, where he leads the technology infrastructure and systems that support operations across the platform.
Since joining LMC’s leadership team in 2022, Mike has played a key role in strengthening the company’s technology environment, supporting system integration, operational efficiency, and data visibility as the organization continues to grow. His work helps ensure that LMC’s operating companies have the tools and infrastructure needed to scale effectively.
Mike brings more than three decades of experience in the commercial landscape and horticulture industry, combined with extensive experience in technology and operational systems. Prior to his current role, he served as IT Manager for LMC Houston and held leadership roles in operations, irrigation, and branch management throughout the industry.
He holds multiple professional licenses, including Texas Licensed Irrigator and Texas Department of Agriculture Commercial Applicator certifications. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from Texas A&M University, where he was a Division I Track & Field athlete and the 1998 Big 12 Indoor Shot Put Champion.

William Quigley
Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions

William Quigley serves as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions for LMC Landscape Partners, where he works with landscape company owners exploring partnership opportunities and helps guide acquisitions across the platform.
As the founder and former CEO of Cutters Edge, William brings firsthand experience navigating the acquisition process and understands the considerations owners face when evaluating a partnership. His perspective helps LMC build strong relationships with founders and ensures thoughtful transitions for companies joining the platform.
William brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in both the commercial landscape industry and corporate operations. Prior to founding Cutters Edge, he spent two decades with Frito-Lay, where he held multiple leadership roles including Zone Business Manager and Zone Sales Leader. He’s also recognized as a host of the Cutters Edge Landscape Show on iHeartRadio, which continues to be available as a podcast.
Outside of work, William is a proud husband, father, and grandfather. He is passionate about giving back to the community and actively supports Caringplace.org, with a personal mission of helping combat homelessness through volunteer work and fundraising efforts.
